Crescent Seas is being marketed and branded by Crescent Sea Development, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and its controlled affiliated entities (“Crescent Seas”) and not by the special purpose entities using the registered service mark “Crescent Heights®” (collectively, “CH”), Navigator Residences, LLC, (“Navigator”), Insignia Residences, LLC (“Insignia”), or GFO Investments, LLC (“GFO”), or their affiliated entities and persons. Crescent Seas maintains its status as a separate legal entity from GFO, CH and Navigator. Any and all statements, disclosures and representations shall be deemed made by Crescent Seas and not by Navigator, Insignia GFO or CH, and any persons agree to look solely to Crescent Seas (and not to GFO, CH, Navigator and Insignia) with respect to any and all matters relating to the marketing and branding of the ships. Crescent Seas is not making any offer to sell, or solicitation to buy, to potential residents of any of the ships. Any offering or sale of a unit on the Navigator Residence at Sea shall be made only by the offering and sale documents prepared and distributed by Navigator or Insignia, and no statements or representations should be relied upon if not made in such offering documents.

Navigator Residence at Sea (the “Ship”) is being developed, offered and sold by Navigator or its assignee entity (the “Seller”) and not by Crescent Seas, GFO, or CH, or their other affiliated entities and persons. The Seller is a separate legal entity from Crescent Seas, GFO or CH. Any and all statements, disclosures and/or representations shall be deemed made by Seller and not by Crescent Seas, GFO or CH, and you agree to look solely to the Seller (and not to Crescent Seas, GFO or CH) with respect to any and all matters relating to the marketing and/or development of the Ship and with respect to the sales of units in the Ship. This is not an offer to sell, or solicitation to buy, Ship units to residents of any jurisdiction where prohibited by law, and your eligibility for purchase will depend upon your state of residency. This offering is made only by the offering documents for the Ship, which offering documents consist of a purchase agreement and master covenants (including exhibits thereto) incorporated therein.
